Step 1: Check Your Email for your FeelWise App Login Details and Temporary Password

Step 2: Download the FeelWise App on your chosen app store using the buttons below

This Challenge is hosted on the FeelWise App. FeelWise is a paid-subscription app, but Resilience Challenge participants get FREE access to it and all its features for free for the 21-days.

Step 3: Use the "Log In" button on the welcome screen of the app.

*Login using your email and the temporary password provided to you in the email

Step 4: Find the Resilience Challenge under "Adventures" and get ready to crush it!
